We want you to be stoked on your gear, so if your new skis aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unmounted and unused equipment. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Condition
Ensure your skis are unmounted and in their original plastic wrap; once bindings are drilled or the factory seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Reno factory.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
